This listing is not a product for sale, but a symbolic purchase used at the end of our Whatnot shows to track how many trees are planted and how many plastic bottles are removed from the ocean, based on the number of pins sold.
Here’s how it works:
🌿 For every pin sold during our Whatnot live shows, we:
🌳 Plant 1 tree
♻️ Remove 2 plastic bottles from the ocean
At the end of the show, we total up all pins sold and use this listing to purchase that number of donations on our website. For example, if 24 pins were sold, we buy 24 of this listing at $0.01 each. This helps us keep our eco-initiatives transparent and accountable.
Why 3 cents?
This listing is set to the lowest possible amount so we can track the quantity sold without affecting financial reporting, it’s all about honoring our planet, not making a profit. We still pay the cost of each tree separately.
