1. Use of This Website

You agree to use our website respectfully and lawfully. You may not copy, scrape, reproduce, or exploit any content without written permission. This includes product descriptions, images, logos, and educational resources that are original creations of pin hive or it’s team members.

2. Orders & Payment

We accept major payment methods through secure checkout. Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified. If you need assistance, please contact us immediately and we’ll do our best to help.

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We ship from Florida, USA, and aim to process orders within 1-3 business days. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs. Once your package has been shipped and tracking is provided, responsibility for its delivery rests with the carrier.

If your item is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, we recommend checking with your local post office or filing a claim with the shipping carrier before reaching out to us. We handle refunds for these types of issues on a case by case basis.

4. Returns & Refunds

We inspect every pin before packaging, but if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We’ll gladly offer a refund or replacement if eligible.

We do not offer returns for change of mind or preference due to the collectible nature of our products.

5. Pin Condition & Authenticity

We take pin trading seriously. Every pin is carefully reviewed for authenticity and condition before it’s added to our site or game lineups.

Due to the nature of collectible trading pins, some may have minor factory flaws. We do our best to disclose these in listings or during live shows. Please contact us if you ever have concerns, we’re here to help.

6. Rewards Program - coming soon

Our Pin Points rewards program allows you to earn points on purchases and redeem them for discounts or exclusive items. Pin Points are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may be adjusted if abuse is detected.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the rewards program at any time without notice.

7. Eco Initiatives

We are proud to plant one tree and remove two plastic bottles from the ocean for every pin sold. These initiatives are managed through third-party partnerships and are not refundable or transferable.
