Sarena Harris - Founder & CEO
Sarena, the founder of Pin Hive, is a professional pin trader with a passion for creativity, authenticity, and community. With formal education in graphic design sciences, she developed a keen eye for detail, which she applies to inspecting and curating an exceptional collection of pins. Her journey is deeply rooted in her love for exploration and nature, shaped by years of living on Dry Tortugas National Park and her adventures as a PADI-certified diver. Beyond pin trading, Sarena leads eco-conscious initiatives like planting trees for every pin sold and annually fundraises for Doug Flutie's Foundation for Autism. Through Pin Hive, she combines artistry, connection, and purpose to create a welcoming space for collectors and enthusiasts.
John allen pitt - professional pin trader & show host
John Allen Pitt is a professional pin trader and an integral part of Pin Hive. As the main expert who visits parks daily to trade, John plays a vital role in curating an exceptional selection for the Pin Hive community. His dedication to authenticity and his deep understanding of the pin trading world ensure that every pin meets the highest standards. While John focuses on park board trading rather than in-person exchanges, his contributions are essential to the success of Pin Hive. Together with Sarena, he co-hosts engaging live shows, creating an exciting and welcoming space for pin collectors and enthusiasts everywhere
WHAT DO WE DO AT PIN HIVE?
At Pin Hive, we specialize in creating an engaging and interactive space for Disney pin enthusiasts. we host live Disney pin trading shows, which now feature fun mystery games, adding an extra layer of excitement and community. These mystery games allow collectors to discover new pins in a playful and thrilling way!
Our commitment to authenticity and quality is a key value. We carefully inspect every pin for authenticity, ensuring that our pin traders receive only the best. However, in the rare case that a pin is defective or damaged, we provide a professional return policy offering refunds or exchanges to maintain customer satisfaction.
In addition to pin trading, Pin Hive plays an important role in supporting autism awareness and fundraising. We donate proceeds from reserved pins to the Doug Flutie Foundation for Autism. This cause is personal for us. Through this initiative, Pin Hive not only provides an outlet for pin collectors but also makes a positive impact on the community.
