Yes! We’ve finally integrated our eco offset program into our whatnot shows. As of 4/15/2025 all pin sales will contribute to our tree planter and plastic removal counters.

This setup helps us accurately track contributions and ensure each tree is planted and each piece of plastic is removed as promised.

At the end of each show we purchase the price of the services and refresh the counters live. We do not receive the certificates until after the service is completed. Certificates are given once a month and can be found on our Planting with Pins and Ocean Clean Up Initiative Pages.

Giveaways and BIN items purchased outside of live shows will not count toward the counters.

No, website discounts and promotional codes cannot be applied to purchases made on Whatnot. Our website and Whatnot operate as separate platforms, each with its own pricing, deals, and promotions.

However, we often run exclusive discounts, special pricing, and giveaways during our Whatnot live shows, so you’ll still find amazing deals while participating in our auctions. In addition to that you will find a tiered reward system that gives you access to plenty of fun discounts exclusive to Whatnot. Our Whatnot and website bulk lots feature a selection of 100% authentic pins.

Each lot is unique, and we ensure there are no duplicates, unless specifically requested. While the pins are randomly selected, you can trust that they are authentic and may differ from the photos provided. Feel free to message us directly on whatnot with a list of your favorite Disney characters, movies, or rides. While not all requests can be accommodated, we will try our hardest to fill your lot with your favorite characters.

Our bulk lots are perfect for collectors looking to expand their collections with authentic and exciting pins or traders heading to the parks or events! We do recommend purchasing your bulk lots from the website directly because the optional form helps us better tailor the pins to your liking!

Whatnot purchases are not refundable unless the pin is damaged or found to be inauthentic. In such cases, we also offer exchanges for pins of equal or higher value. To resolve any issues, please reach out to us directly through Whatnot.

For exchanges:

• The original pin may not need to be returned.

• A new tracking number will be provided for the replacement pin.

For refunds:

• You must contact us through Whatnot directly, We will be able to assist you through the app.

You may find Sarena sporting the famous mystery box at EPCOT and various trading events. Any pins are open for trading as long as they are not a duplicate and are authentic.

If you win a Whatnot auction but your payment doesn’t process, here’s what happens:

1. During the Stream: If a pin was chosen but payment failed, the pin will be set aside until the end of the stream to allow time for payment to go through.

2. After the Stream: If the stream ends and payment has not been processed, you’ll need to message us directly through Whatnot as soon as possible to make arrangements. We can either:

   • Add the pin to the Buy It Now (BIN) section for you to purchase later.

   • Hold the pin for the next live show.

However, if payment is not resolved by the end of the show and we have not been contacted, we will, unfortunately, be unable to send the item since a shipping label and receipt will never get created. The pin may then be resold or traded away.
