Our Mystery Pin Games take place twice a week, every Tuesday and Friday, at 7:30 PM (1930 EST). These games are a fan-favorite, offering an exciting way to collect pins and enjoy some mystery fun!

We do not add pins to our games or sales unless they meet our high standards. Pins that are questionable, damaged, or have significant flaws are excluded to ensure the quality and authenticity of every piece we offer. Yes, you can request specific pins during a Whatnot auction! To make a request, simply send us a message directly on Whatnot. While we can’t guarantee that your requested pin will be available during the show, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request if it’s part of our whatnot inventory. We can not remove items from the website to run on whatnot.
Feel free to reach out ahead of time as well, so we can better prepare for the livestream. We love helping collectors find their perfect pins!

Our Whatnot bulk lots feature a curated selection of 100% authentic Disney and Loungefly pins, randomly selected by the host (either John or Sarena). These pins range in value from $8–$20 each and may include a variety of pin types, such as:

Each lot is unique, and we ensure there are no duplicates, unless specifically requested. While the pins are randomly selected, you can trust that they are authentic and may differ from the photos provided. Feel free to message us directly on whatnot with a list of your favorite Disney characters, movies, or rides. While not all requests can be accommodated, we will try our hardest to fill your lot with your favorite characters.

Whatnot purchases are not refundable unless the pin is damaged or found to be inauthentic. In such cases, we also offer exchanges for pins of equal or higher value. To resolve any issues, please reach out to us directly through Whatnot.
For exchanges:
The original pin may not need to be returned.
A new tracking number will be provided for the replacement pin.
For refunds:
You must contact Whatnot directly, as the platform currently does not allow us to officially handle customer service requests, including refunds.

You may find Sarena sporting the famous mystery box at EPCOT and various trading events. Any pins are open for trading as long as they are not a duplicate and are authentic.

If you win a Whatnot auction but your payment doesn’t process, here’s what happens:
During the Stream: If a pin was chosen but payment failed, the pin will be set aside until the end of the stream to allow time for payment to go through.
After the Stream: If the stream ends and payment has not been processed, you’ll need to message us directly through Whatnot as soon as possible to make arrangements. We can either:
Add the pin to the Buy It Now (BIN) section for you to purchase later.
Hold the pin for the next live show.
However, if payment is not resolved by the end of the show and we have not been contacted, we will, unfortunately, be unable to send the item. The pin may then be resold or traded away.
We encourage you to reach out quickly if there’s an issue to ensure you don’t miss out on your win!
