Pin Hive Exclusives Warranty & Returns

What’s covered:
This warranty applies to all Pin Hive Exclusives except:

  • “I planted a tree with this pin”

  • “Reduce, Reuse, ReLeaf”

  • Limited-edition or out of stock items

Free Replacements

  • Damaged on arrival or within 14 days
    – We cover return shipping & send you a new pin at no charge.
    – Wrap the pin securely and use our prepaid return label.

  • Damaged after 14 days up to 1 year
    – We’ll replace it free; you pay return shipping.

Extended Life Coverage

  • Damaged after 1 year up to 3 years
    – Return the pin; we’ll issue a 50% refund if possible, or 100% of the value as store credit once received.

  • Damaged after 3 years
    – No replacements or refunds.

Partial Refunds - with PROOF OF DAMAGE (if you keep the damaged pin)

  • Within 14 days: 30% refund

  • 14 days–1 year: 20% refund

  • 1–3 years: 10% refund when possible, or 20% of the value in store credit.

Other Notes

  • Backing cards can be replaced for $1 (+ shipping & tax) by request.

  • Rubber tree clutches & magnetic adapters are available for purchase anytime.

  • Artist signatures are not guaranteed on replacements unless requested, and packaging will be limited to a standard Hive backing card.

If your original payment method or refunds are unavailable, we’ll issue store credit of equal value.

Disclaimer: Due to the amount of pins we receive, trade, and sell, some pins may show slight changes or a different factory number. Photos will be updated if a pin has major damage or wear and tear to it.

Pin Hive Return Policy

At Pin Hive, we take pride in the quality and authenticity of our products. Each third party pin is thoroughly inspected to ensure its authenticity and condition. However, due to the nature of collectibles, there may be instances where some items are found to be counterfeit, arrive damaged, or do not meet customer satisfaction requirements.

**Eligibility for Return:**

We offer a return, exchange or refund for items that are:

- Damaged upon arrival

- Defective if applicable

- Not authentic

- Officially lost by USPS

**Return Process:**

1. **Notification**: Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item to report any issues. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if possible.

2. **Return Authorization**: We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return the item.

3. **Condition of Returned Items**

All returned items must be in their original packaging and condition if it has any. This does not apply to loose pins.

**Refunds and Exchanges:**

- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.

- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method, or we will issue your exchange.

- Refunds typically take 3-5 business days to reflect in your account.

**Non-Returnable Items:**

Please note that certain items, such as custom or personalized products, and rewards cannot be returned or refunded.

**There may be special circumstances and instances where a return will not be necessary to receive a refund or exchange. If you are found to be abusing this system you may be blocked from placing future orders.**
