Pin Hive Return Policy

At Pin Hive, we take pride in the quality and authenticity of our products. Each pin is thoroughly inspected to ensure its authenticity and condition. However, due to the nature of collectibles, there may be instances where some items are found to be counterfeit or arrive damaged.

**Eligibility for Return:**

We offer a return or exchange for items that are:

- Damaged upon arrival

- Defective

- Not authentic

- Officially lost by USPS

**Return Process:**

1. **Notification**: Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item to report any issues. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if possible.

2. **Return Authorization**: We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return the item.

3. **Condition of Returned Items**

All returned items must be in their original packaging and condition.

**Refunds and Exchanges:**

- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.

- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method, or we will issue your exchange.

- Refunds typically take 3-5 business days to reflect in your account.

**Non-Returnable Items:**

Please note that certain items, such as custom or personalized products, cannot be returned.
