Our commitment to ethical pin trading and sustainable shipping reflects our core values of integrity, transparency, and environmental responsibility. From the way we source our pins to the materials we use in our packaging, we aim to minimize our environmental footprint while maintaining the highest standards for quality and authenticity.

🛡️ OUR Ethical Pin Trading Practices

We take the authenticity and integrity of the pin trading community seriously. That’s why we’ve established clear ethical guidelines for how we source, trade, and sell our pins

1. Authenticity First

We personally inspect every pin we source before adding it to our inventory.

Pins that are questionable, damaged, or have major faults are not included in our games or product lots BUT WE MAY GIVE THEM AWAY FOR FREE.
We work with trusted suppliers and only source from official channels, including Disney Parks, Disney-authorized retailers, and reputable pin traders.

2. No Scrappers Allowed

The process of manufacturing pins isn’t entirely environmental friendly. When massive amounts of low quality scrappers are made, they often break and get disposed of. This leads to even more waste. It is important not to support the purchase of scrappers. We ourselves have kept a few scrappers, so we don’t blame you if your collection is full of dupes!

If we identify a scrapper pin in a customer trade or sale, we’ll notify them and work to resolve the issue fairly.

3. Transparent Pin Descriptions

Each pin we sell includes a detailed description and close-up images so you know exactly what you’re getting.
We aim to provide accurate grading and condition notes so there are no surprises.

📦 Sustainable Shipping and Packaging

We’re committed to reducing waste and using sustainable materials in our shipping process whenever possible.

1. Tree-Free Paper and Packaging

We use tree-free paper made from alternative materials like bamboo and sugarcane scraps for our packing slips, thank you cards, and any other printed materials.
This helps reduce deforestation and supports sustainable production practices.

2. Plastic Sleeves for Protection

We use plastic sleeves to protect pins during shipping — but they’re not single-use!
The sleeves are not made from recyclable plastic but are meant to be reused or repurposed.
While we aim to reduce plastic usage, we also prioritize the protection of your pins to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

3. Compostable and Recycled Materials

We use compostable mailers and packing materials whenever possible.
However, if compostable materials are not available, we may use recycled or repurposed packaging to avoid waste.
